The Signature Series Claret Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz

Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz 1973

Vintage quality:
The vintage was warm, hot and dry. Awards and Accolades: 1 Trophy, 11 Gold
Cellar guide:
10+ years
Last tasted:
November 2003, Kevin Glastonbury, Winemaker
Notes:
Lifted aromas with a bubblegum note to the plum fruit and wood characters. The oak is quite dominant on the medium-bodied palate yet shows good flavour weight with attractive red fruits and soft, velvety tannins on the finish.
