The Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz

Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz 1986

Vintage quality:
The vintage was warm, hot and dry. Awards and Accolades: 4 Gold
Cellar guide:
10+ years
Last tasted:
November 2003, Kevin Glastonbury, Winemaker
Notes:
Good intensity to the smoky aromas, supported by fruity oak and complex, meaty accents. The palate is medium-bodied with attractive cabernet characters of herb and tobacco leading into a rich, fruit-sweet middle palate. A dry, astringent finish of good persistence.
