The Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz

Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz 1987

Vintage quality:
The vintage was cool and wet. Awards and Accolades: 3 Gold
Cellar guide:
10+ years
Last tasted:
November 2003, Kevin Glastonbury, Winemaker
Notes:
Warm stewed berry fruit aromas backed by cherry oak, pepper and mint notes. Fresh and vibrant in the mouth with nectarine and plum stone fruit flavours complemented by subtle herbaceous notes and smoky wood. A well-structured wine that is still "quite lively".
