The Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz

Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz 1992

Vintage quality:
The vintage featured a very cool January & February, with heavy autumn rains that caused concern. Thankfully, the heavens cleared and grapes were picked with perfect balance. Awards and Accolades: 4 Trophy, 6 Gold
Cellar guide:
20 years
Last tasted:
November 2003, Kevin Glastonbury, Winemaker
Notes:
Deep, dark red in colour. An intense, lifted nose crammed with plum and blackberry fruits intermingled with hints of chocolate and vanillin oak. This concentrated wine offers rich berry fruit flavours baked by toasty wood and a hint of spice; lovely length with finely textured tannins on the finish.
