The Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz

Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz 1993

Vintage quality:
The vintage featured a wet & cold spring and mid-summer rain. Awards and Accolades: 10 Gold
Cellar guide:
2-12 Years
Last tasted:
November 2003, Kevin Glastonbury, Winemaker
Notes:
A big wine on the nose, showing lots of spice, leather and mocha to complement the cassis aromas. Richly textured flavours evolve on the palate with a cabernet-derived minty note backed by plenty of spice and oak. Still a very fresh, vibrant wine.
