The Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz

Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz 2000

Vintage quality:
The vintage season was warm, topped off by unseasonal heavy February rains.
Cellar guide:
8-10 Years
Last tasted:
November 2003, Kevin Glastonbury, Winemaker
Notes:
Elegant yet powerful aromas of youthful red berry fruits with a dusty oak edge embody the bouquet. A lithe, medium-bodied style of The Signature that one judge described as "claret-like", it displays a lovely balance between ripe fruits, herb and oak flavours, with a lovely length of finish with long, ripe tannins.
