The Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz

Vintage quality:
Good rains in spring lead into a dry summer that were ideal conditions for vine growth. Perfect conditions for Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon development followed through the ripening. Awards and Accolades: 1 Trophy, 2 Gold
Cellar guide:
8-12 Years
Last tasted:
April 2006, Kevin Glastonbury, Winemaker
Notes:
The Signature 2004 features lifted red currant, warm exotic fruits and dark chocolate combined with subtle eucalyptus flavours. The wine has a generous yet stylish palate, showing dark plums, cassis, chocolate and long fine tannins giving a wine structured for ageing. The wine will reward with medium to long term cellaring.
