Showcasing the coolness of the Eden Valley high country, this is a smooth and sophisticated Shiraz with beautiful aromatics that come from the addition of the exotic Viognier varietal.

Showcasing the coolness of the Eden Valley high country, this is a smooth and sophisticated Shiraz with beautiful aromatics that come from the addition of the exotic Viognier varietal.
Tasting Note Long and lingering with complex fruit flavours dancing across the palate. A delicious, medium-bodied wine with great structure and fine, elegant tannins.
Terroir This wine is sourced entirely from the Eden Valley. Two stand out Shiraz vineyards were selected for their style and elegance, contributing to the wines great acid retention and pristine fruit flavours.
Treatment We only utilise the skins of the Viognier grapes by first separating the juice from the skins and then fermenting the remaining skins with select parcels of Shiraz grapes. This method increases the flavour and complexity of this alluring wine.

Pure and enduring
A blend of 98/2% shiraz/viognier sourced from the Eden Valley. Magenta-splashed crimson in the glass with aromas of floral-flecked satsuma plum, blueberry and boysenberry fruits cut with hints of baking spices, roast meats, dried citrus rind, lavender, Chinese barbecue, earth and a whiff of dried stone fruits. There's a slurpiness to the fruit on the palate, pure and enduring, with gentle, powdery tannins and an infectious energy as it trails away.
