This vibrant Rosé is carefully crafted from newly established Grenache vineyards in the heart of Barossa. The Grapes are harvested at ideal ripeness and wild fermented to capture the essence of our unique terroir.
Tasting Note Vivid salmon in colour. Samuel’s Collection Grenache Rosé jumps from the glass with aromas of peach, strawberry and musk. The palate is deliciously inviting, a mix of perfectly ripe, juicy watermelon, cranberry and blood orange flavours that lead to a refreshing and moreish finish.
Terroir Sourced from younger Grenache vines planted across the Barossa Valley on a variety of soil types, from deep sands to loamy clay soils. These vines often have great canopies and produce berries of a larger size making them perfect for rosé.
Best Enjoyed With Potato and rosemary pizza or tomato and basil bruschetta.
