A fresh and crunchy wild ferment Rosé made with minimal intervention, showing a fruit salad of aromatics with a silky finish.
Tasting Note A bright argyle pink colour, an alluring perfume of jasmine, strawberry, peach and fennel leap from the glass. The palate is fun and juicy with loads of strawberry, red apple and blood orange, this leads to a silky mid palate and a refreshing raspberry sorbet finish.
Treatment This wine is made using 100% wild fermentation. This means only the wild yeasts present in the vineyard and on the grapes ferment the wine, providing luscious fruit flavours and an individual mouthfeel.
Best Enjoyed With Enjoy with pork and prawn dumplings or tomato and basil bruschetta.
